It may occur that you wish to return something. To ensure a quick resolution together, we kindly ask you to fill out the form below accurately.

Return Conditions:

• This is a return form and cannot be used for a repair or warranty request. Please use the repair and warranty request page for these purposes. the repair and warranty request page.
• Products delivered by us can only be returned with written permission from allpa B.V.
• The shipment must be delivered free of charge unless it is an error on our part, in which case a return order will be created.
• The product must be unused and in the original, undamaged, and sticker-free packaging.
• allpa reserves the right to charge 15% of the net order value for the handling of returns.
• The return period is a maximum of 30 days after the purchase of the products.
• Products not listed in the catalog and/or subject to customer-specific processing cannot be returned.
• Always include or send a copy of the completed return form and a copy of our delivery note or invoice with a return shipment.
