1. To log in

We are pleased to inform you about the recent developments in Nijmegen. From now on, it is possible to log in to your personal environment, granting you access to various additional features.

We warmly invite you to click on 'my account' and enter your known email address along with the password provided by us to successfully log in. If you already have an account and, for any reason, have forgotten your password, you can click on 'forgot password.' You will receive a new, secure password in your mailbox as soon as possible.

For those who do not yet have an account with us, we offer the opportunity to go to 'your account' and click on 'create new account.' However, we would like to emphasize that we only register companies in the recreation and industry sectors. Please be aware that holdings, consulting firms, management companies, and the like are not registered.

2. Order by cut and paste

As one of the pioneers in the Netherlands, we proudly introduce the opportunity to place orders easily by simply copying and pasting your Excel data into our 'quick order' environment. How? All you need to fill in per line is the article number and the quantity, and the order can be placed.

We offer two methods to achieve this:

  1. Fill in the form below with the article number and quantity, separated by a comma. Each article can be placed on a new line. Once all products are filled in, you can add them to the shopping cart using the 'add to order' button.

  2. You can also copy and paste data, for example, from Excel. Enter the article number in the first column and the quantity in the second column. Then, you can copy and paste the articles from Excel into the field below. Once all products are entered, you can add them to the shopping cart with the 'add to order' button.

We strive to make your ordering process as efficient and user-friendly as possible. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. Create your own XML files and price lists!

Would you like to enhance your own webshop with, for example, our Teleflex or Solé assortment?

Certainly, and quite effortlessly! Once logged in, you can independently curate a selection of desired content and then generate the XML file yourself. Additionally, consider tailored price lists – these can be exported as PDF, CSV, or Excel files for subsequent importation into your system.

As you can see, we take great pride in these new features and are pleased to share them with you.

4. Check stock

Once you are logged in, you can view the available inventory. This allows you to directly contact one of our representatives if you have specific customization requests.

Of course, you also have insight into your prices.

But that's not all...

Soon, you will also have access to your invoices, order history, and other financial data. We will, of course, inform you immediately once this functionality becomes available. The allpa webshop will be regularly upgraded.

If you are interested in working as a reseller with the same webshop, that is also possible! Inquire about the terms and rates.

Note

It is not possible to leave products in your shopping cart. Once you log out, the shopping cart will be automatically emptied. An alternative solution is to place your items in the wishlist and convert this wishlist into an order at the end of the day.
